Sorting out Melanochromis

A male Pseudotropheus benetos (Bowers & Stauffer 1997), originally described in the genus Melanochromis.
Melanochromis sp. ‘blue’ remains a scientifically undescribed species. Here is a male at a depth of about 30 m (100 ft) at Mphanga Rocks in northern Malawi.
